The apartment is in Hennigsdorf on the northwestern city limits of Berlin.
Our house is set back, away from the street, in a very quiet location. (Except for the frogs in the surrounding ponds, which perform their courtship sounds in spring.)
The apartment was our son's apartment. It is on the top floor of our house and has a separate entrance.
Of the three shared rooms, two rooms are currently rented. One young man from Germany, one from Iran, both working.
The hallway, the kitchen and the bathroom are shared.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that is needed.
Cool - freezer combination, stove with oven, extractor hood, microwave, dishwasher, pots, dishes, cutlery, fully equipped for cooking. Table with three seats.
eStorage spac for bicycles / motorbikes on the property
Free parking in front of the property on the street
Internet available.
Laundry room across the yard, in the basement.
Everything for living is available. Only bring personal belongings ( Don't forget pillows, duvets, duvet covers and sheets ) and move in.
